We’ve helped hundreds of clients with no prior training experience improve their confidence and take control of their bodies. Our role is to guide you through every step of the way in a fun, safe, and effective manner.
Is Personal Training out of your budget?
In an ideal world, we would have a Personal Trainer watch over us every session at the gym. However, this can end up costing a lot and we realize it is not affordable for everybody. Please note Semi-Private classes may NOT be suitable for you if:
- You have significant movement dysfunctions
- You are rehabilitating from an injury
- You have very specific goals, such as learning Olympic Weightlifting
- You prefer One-on-One training
