Training in a small group can be fun and effective. We keep our group sizes small (2-4 client per coach) in order to ensure your workout is executed with proper form and technique.
Can Personal Training be effective in a Semi-Private setting?Yes, Semi-Private training CAN be as effective as one-on-one. The APEX Semi-Private Training Model is unlike any traditional group classes where you follow a random and generic workout every session. Instead, each of our member goes through an assessment and works directly with a coach to develop their own individualized program.
You will follow your individual program every session, while training alongside other members who may have similar or very different goals. We guarantee you get plenty of 1-on-1 time so that you receive the coaching you need during every session. We will never sacrifice the quality of your coaching for a larger class size.

- FREQUENCY – see your coaches more often. Semi-private training is a lot more affordable – which means you can come in more often and stay on track.
- PROGRAMMING – better programming, better results. Seeing your coaches more often means developing a better relationship. We can make sure you are properly executing your program and make modifications on the spot.
- COACHES – two is better than one. APEX currently has two coaches with over a decade of experience to help get you towards your goals faster.
How our class works
Sign up for your session through MINDBODY online. There is a maximum capacity of 8 members per class, 4 per coach. Your coach will go over your individualized program for the day at the start of each session. They will then coach you through each exercise during your session, just like a regular Personal Training session. Sessions are 60 minutes.
