Our Small Group Personal Training Model

Our semi-private personal training in Richmond combines individualized programming with the benefits of a small group environment.

Each member follows a personalized training program while working alongside others under the guidance of a coach.

Individual Attention Without the Cost of One-on-one

Our small group personal training sessions in Richmond typically include 3–6 members per coach.

This allows you to receive:

• personalized strength training programs
• coaching on technique and progress
• accountability and motivation

How Semi-Private Training Works

All new members start with our Intro Package, which includes an assessment and three one-on-one training sessions with a coach. This allows us to understand your goals, assess movement patterns, and introduce you to the training approach at Apex.

After completing your intro sessions, you can transition into semi-private training.

Each semi-private session has a maximum ratio of 6 members per coach. At the beginning of every session, your coach will review your individualized training program for the day and guide you through each exercise throughout the workout.

Sessions are 60 minutes long, and your training schedule will be discussed with your coach during your consultation to find the times that work best for you.
