Karen TamCONTACT TRAINER
Karen has been personal training at various community centres in Richmond for the last 2 years. Having led a sedentary lifestyle for most of her life, Karen struggled to kick-start her own fitness journey, but through proper coaching, she fell in love with strength training.
She actually started out as a client at APEX The Gym. For more than a year, Kevin and Victor pushed her limits while focusing on proper movement mechanics. After proving herself through her hard work ethics and continual desire to learn, she was asked to join the team as a coach.
Inspired by her positive experiences with fitness coaching, Karen is now dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of resistance training to beginners who are interested in starting, but are feeling unsure, or intimidated in doing so.
